Matkapäivä nro kahdeksan

Matka alkaa pian olla lopuillaan... Tulee olla todella outoa palata arkeen näin ihanan pitkän loman jälkeen.

Eilen matkamme vei Cannon Streetin metroasemalta Millenium sillan yli Somerset talolle. Pihan suihkulähteillä on ilmeisesti kuvattu Hilpeys ja ennakkoluulon yksi kohtauksista (Take me to love) ja siksi se oli pakko nähdä. Siitä sitten taas matka vei metrolla Green Parkiin eväiden ääreen. Lounaan jäljeen käveltiin pitkä matka Hercule Poirotin kämpille (Florin Court). Käveltyä tuli taas niin vimmmatusti, mutta paljon tuli myös nähtyä.

This trip is almost over... It's going to be so weird going back to reality after such a long and lovely holiday.

Yesterday our journey took as first from Cannon Street over the Millennium Bridge and from there to Somerset House. Outside Somerset House there are some fountains and that place I believe is a location to one of the Bride and Prejudice movie scenes (Take me to love). Therefore naturally it was a must see location. After the fountains we took the underground near Green Park and we ate a nice lunch there at the park. After our little picnic we headed all the way to see Hercule Poirot's flat (Florin Court). We walked so so much that day but that is the best way to see the city.
